When I first meet a client, my goal is to know exactly the outcome they want to create. I ask a lot of questions: who, what, where, when, and why. I explain all the costs involved in buying or selling a home so that they don't get hit with any hidden surprises. As a buyer or seller, the more you know, the better informed and prepared you are to make the best decision possible. I may not always agree with your choices, but I will always honor them.

Pricing a home is important, so let's get down to the basics: "Houses sell houses." When a home is priced right, it will sell. The price of the home must reflect the market and condition of the home. If you are in competition with other houses and your house needs a new kitchen, bathroom or windows, let the price reflect it. Purchasers today are more aware of market value. Thanks to mls.ca, purchasers have easy access to house values. They do their homework. Don't think you can pull the wool over a purchaser's eyes.

Selling a home is very emotional. The whole process will consume you. It will affect your family life, your work, and you may even begin to snap at everyone. With my caring and understanding of your needs, I will insulate you from all those emotions that could create more chaos. I will also give you the facts, keeping you informed even if it's something you don't want to hear.
Often my clients think I have a crystal ball because things fall into place easily and quickly. Sometimes I wish I did have one so I could save my clients from any undue stress and disappointment.
